the staff were very friendly, helpful, serviceminded and polite. they were always smiling and greeting us. the location was nice and a short walk to shops, restaurants, trevi fountain and spanish steps. it was easy to get a taxi to other tourist attractions since staff ordered it for us.

the girl at reception was very unwelcoming upon arrival and unhelpful. there were black marks and mould on the walls around the window. this is not really acceptable for a 4 star hotel. the breakfast was below expectations though the waiter was good.

Excellent Boutique Experience

The breakfast offered a wider selection than just a typical continental one. Staff members were always friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a really great location for seeing the major attractions. The bathroom had an excellent shower and the rooms were really nice. The Vatican is a longer walk, but the metro is close by.

The receptionist was not very cute upon arrival.

The hotel is a short walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps, putting main tourist spots close by. The area felt safe and allows easy access to explore the city. Many landmarks and restaurants are also within walking distance from here.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and consistently demonstrated a willingness to assist guests, offering excellent service. The bar in front has reasonably priced drinks and creates a pleasant atmosphere. Restaurant recommendations were offered by the staff and they were very helpful with reservations.

The rooms exemplify modern design and offer supreme comfort for a good experience. The bathroom was sizeable and included an excellent shower. Rooms are cleaned every day and ensure a tidy stay, which I always appreciate after a long day.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food and drink options to select from. The hotel offered a bar with street-side seating, a great option. I found the hotel to be in a historic building with ultramodern room interiors.

the room had electric controls for opening the curtains and windows, very modern i stayed in a beautiful double room. the free nespresso machine included normal and decaf capsules as well as tea bags and sugar. the fridge had items at one euro each, a nice surprise.

the breakfast was a bit limited for my taste so i decided to eat at nearby roman bakeries instead.

i booked a room and i didn't understand how the payment for the pool works. the personnel at the reception desk were not agreeable , or smiling.
